How you can help usIf you are unable to join the P.A. committee, there are a number of ways in which you can help us. We need all sorts of help for all sorts of events. What the P.A. is able to achieve is dependent on the support we receive from parents, so any help you can give would be much appreciated. Please look through the list below, and if you feel you can help, please complete and return the slip below in the envelope provided. Thank you.
Coffee Rota – The P.A. provides refreshments at various events throughout the year, such as parents’ evenings, concerts etc. We would welcome any parents who would be willing join our rota to help on one or two evenings a term. Car Parking - The P.A. has a team which helps organise parking at a few events during the year, such as Open Evening and the Craft Fair, and we would welcome more volunteers for our team. P.A. Events - Please let us know whether you would be willing to help at one of our fund-raising events. Our main event of the year is the Christmas Craft Fair, for which a separate letter will be sent out later in the term, but we have numerous events where an extra pair of hands is always welcome. Would you be willing to join a team to organise one event during the year? If so, please indicate the type of event you would be interested in, on the slip below.
